( knitted vase/bottle cozy )

Another Winter warmer... for your vases :-o
Yes, you read that correctly! Forget just purchasing an annual Christmas jumper for yourself... why not get one for your vases and wine bottles, hehehe. I think these are great. Designed and made by Sarah Hepworth from Little Miss Loolies, these cozies are the perfect fall autumn winter warmer!
"Part of my upcycled jumper collection, each is lovingly created from a salvaged or repurposed sweater (sized anywhere from newbaby to XXL). Such fun and full of texture, pattern and colour, these look great alone, mixed to create a great montage with other favourite items or as a group with others from the range.
Use the larger ones as bottle cozies for your dinner table or vase cozies for a centre piece or display and the smaller ones grouped on a table, as desk tidies, night light holders, tumbler cozies for that perfect winter dinner party - it's up to you. Just have FUN" Quote from Sarah.
I adore the yellow and black colour theme too :)

( cute christmas cards/ornaments )

How cute are these! I stumbled across these whilst on Pinterest last night and I fell in love with them straight away. I don't know one person who wouldn't love to receive one of these sweet cards/ornaments. They look so simple to make but they are still so elegant. I going to have to get a pack or... 5 :)
They are designed and made by a US company called Kaniko. Get a pack while you can... I have a feeling they will be flying off the shelves. They are actually just sold as ornaments to hang on your tree or use as gift tags, but I really love them as they are shown in the images below.

( edgy / cool industrial lighting )

Here are some of my favourite industrial lights at the moment. Most would look great in a traditional kitchen or even a contemporary kitchen giving it that edgy twist :)

( bedrooms with a view )

Check out these fantastic bedrooms... not only are they beautifully designed, but have equally beautiful views. Both images portray how the surrounding environments has such an influence over the design, which any great designer would naturally take into consideration. The modern woody and luxurious cabin design of image one sits perfectly in its setting, over looking the picture perfect vast woodland. The bright and open design of image two also compliments it's surroundings with the cozy fireplace wall... It's almost like the rock-face in the distance has become infused with the interior... Me likey :)

( christmas cuties by skandium )

I popped into Skandium in Nightsbridge on the way home from work and saw these little cuties in the window... I just had to go in a take a few photos! I want the all :) The Christmas Gnomes come in different colour combinations and sizes. They are just perfect to dress your Christmas table with and to add a little fun. They would also look lovely on the fireplace or just scattered amongst the prezzies under the tree. The colours are great... I'm really feeling the White, Blue and Red Christmas theme. More about that next week!!! ;)
Have a look at some of there other lovely Christmas decorations and accessories.

Here are a few other lovely accessories for the home that caught me eye whilst I was in there... Love the little storage boxes in white, blue and red!
